Good morning and Happy Wednesday, C&C! Your roundup today includes: Fox suggests that DA Bragg might not charge Trump; Joe Biden discovers respect for individual rights, at least when it comes to cross-dressing; MIT math professor SADSly slips a decimal; pro-vaccine State Rep strokes out; mini-actor misses his last train; boxer fatally KO’d by sudden and unexpected mystery cause; when fungi attack; Marburg virus finding new homes in Africa; Putin and Xi sign a raft of cooperation agreements and Putin starts hawking the Yuan; Saudis lean toward Yuan; and the Georgia legislature becomes the latest to outlaw imitation sex-change operations for kids.

🗞 *THE C&C ARMY POST* 🗞

🪖 Sadly, Georgia Southern University’s hastily-organized counter-conference, titled “The Public Health Administrative State Under Fire,” has moved 100% online, with all local events cancelled, presumably due to poor attendance.

Steve Kirsch found out about the change after generously offering to speak at the event.

Maybe the NAME of GSU’s counter-conference is the problem. Maybe they should have called it something else. The current name, which amazingly admits there IS a “Public Health Administrative State,” might just be suggesting the actual existence of the “Public Health DEEP State.”

Who thinks the Public Health Deep State needs help?

I’m just saying. Don’t cancel me.

🗞*WORLD NEWS AND COMMENTARY* 🗞

🔥 Yesterday Fox ran a story headlined, “Trump Has Not Been Notified Whether Manhattan DA Plans to Bring Charges: Sources.” The subheadline explained “Sources told Fox News that there remains a real chance that Bragg does not choose to indict the former president.”

The article says that, according to anonymous “sources,” at least one more witness is scheduled to appear before the New York Grand Jury today, which is the earliest an indictment could issue. That’s all Fox had, and its speculation about whether chubby DA Alvin Bragg would indict Trump or not is just that, speculation.

Can the democrats resist the temptation to charge the Bad Orange Man? That’s a lot like asking whether democrats could go a whole day without saying the word “racist.” It’s scientifically possible, I suppose, but I’m not sure they could even do it on a bet.

🔥 You’ll be happy to discover that — at some point — the Biden Administration finally awakened to individual rights. Maybe it was pushing all those jab mandates that caused Joe Biden to finally feel a keen sense of regret. So now he is trying to making amends, by championing LGBTQ+++ “rights.” What I mean is, State Department Spokesman John Kirby — obviously engaged in some kind of public self-humiliation ritual — explained yesterday that the alphabet sex rights are now a “core part of our foreign policy.”

Specifically Kirkby announced that the United States government is standing up for all the unattractive cross-dressers and their awkward “loud and proud” fashion choices. He said, “We are NEVER going to shy away or be bashful about speaking up for those rights and for individuals to live as they deem fit — as they WANT to live… President Biden has been nothing but consistent[.]”

Well, they’ll speak up for those individual rights unless you want to live without government interference. Or if you don’t want to take the shots. In that case, they do NOT want you to live as you see fit. No. But if somebody wants to get up to some historically-condemned, atypical sex stuff, then the United States government is ALL FOR IT. And apparently our FORMAL POLICY is now to also export those animalistic ideas to other countries, where the people are really not going to like it much, such as Africa and the Middle East, goosing those countries into sprinting to sign up with Russia and China, which — while they might in fact be insane, social-credit mongering totalitarian dictatorships — at least they won’t teach your son to wear a dress.

This can’t be real, right? I’m actually having a long, vivid dream, like Bob Newhart did in the season finale. Right?

🔥 MIT Mathematics instructor Peter Baddoo, 29, suddenly and unexpectedly was divided by zero on February 15th while playing basketball, a fateful outcome the popular young professor hadn’t calculated when he took the jabs.

MIT’s Math Department has been crunching the numbers nonstop, but can’t compute Peter’s cause of death. Or, they aren’t saying. Peter is survived by his family and his fiancée.

Godspeed, professor. Hopefully the formula will work out better for you in the next life.

🔥 Republican Minnesota State Representative Deb Kiel, 65, announced Monday that she’d had a stroke, and was hospitalized overnight on Friday in St. Paul. She is now resting at home and hopes to return to the office soon, following “some additional tests.”

Fortunately, John Fetterman pioneered the way for mentally-disabled persons to serve in high government office.

Purely coincidentally, Representative Kiel was quite active in Minnesota’s vaccine rollout. I’m not saying anything; I’m just saying.

To be clear: I am not claiming Representative Kiel’s stroke is connected in any way to her covid shots. I am NOT arguing that. I would however suggest she consider starting an anti-clotting protocol and maybe detox. If there’s one thing the pandemic has taught us, it’s that you can’t be TOO safe.

💉 Diminutive actor Paul Grant, 56, who played an Ewok in Star Wars and a banking gnome in Harry Potter, died suddenly and unexpectedly Thursday, after collapsing without any warning outside King’s Cross station in London, where he was later discovered by police. Paul’s family pulled the plug on Sunday, and Paul gave up a tiny ghost.

Incidentally, actors must be jabbed to work in Hollywood these days.

It was probably the fractious political climate that got him. Or trains. It could have been trains.

💉 Last Friday, two-time British national champion boxer Jude Moore, 19, was suddenly and unexpectedly permanently K.O.’d.

British sports media called Jude a “future world champion.” But apparently not though. You can’t win championships from six feet under. I blame his heart. Young people’s hearts just aren’t what they used to be.

Good luck trying to find any details about Jude’s death. The GoFundMe page to help his family explains Jude’s heartbroken parents “currently have no answers as to what happened.”

I can think of an answer. But Facebook will censor me if I say it.

I did find one post from a person claiming to be a family friend who reported Jude was found dead in his bed at home, but I couldn’t confirm that. But since they won’t tell us, speculation is perfectly acceptable.

🔥 The WHO and the CDC have rolled out their latest emergency de jure this week: “drug-resistant” fungus. There are lots of hysterical stories making the round, but I chose this next example of corporate media’s pile-on, because it — predictably — blames the fungi’s recent success on “climate change.”

Chief Nerd @TheChiefNerd

NEW – CDC Warns of Rise in Deadly Drug-Resistant Fungal Infections Which ‘Experts’ Say Is Due to ‘Global Warming’ “From just 4 states in 2016 to more than half of the United States in 2022…this is one of those things that seems to be spreading because of ‘global warming'”

But the real answer is right in the same clip. The anchor said not everyone is susceptible to the fungal infection:

While scientists do NOT believe the fungus is a threat to people who are otherwise healthy, it can be dangerous and potentially deadly to people who are ‘medically fragile.’

Medically fragile? Like what? The expert interviewed for the clip explained:

Particularly in a long-term care facilities, if someone’s on a ventilator, or they have long-term IV lines in them, that’s how it can get in the body. Their immune systems aren’t that strong.

Oh … so it’s ANOTHER opportunistic infection of the IMMUNOCOMPROMISED. Like the eyedrop bacteria! But the doctor pinned the blame on “global warming,” since, like everybody, fungus enjoys a warmer climate. (He forgot that it’s called “climate change” now.)

Not only is the risk posed just to immunocompromised people, but the numbers are still small. There were 2,700 deaths from the fungus in the U.S. last year, about double the previous year’s total. Just add the extra 1,300 folks onto the excess deaths stack along with all the other ones.

💉 Bloomberg ran a story this morning headlined, “Deadly Marburg Virus Spreads to Tanzania for First Time.”

According to the report, eight people have confirmed infections and five have died in the unexpected outbreak, in a first for the small African country. One of the five was a “healthcare worker.” In case you were wondering, I easily scraped up these 2021 headlines:

Thanks CDC!

The Tanzanian report follows reports from last month of Guinea’s first-ever outbreak of Marburg, which caused 11 deaths. The good news is in 2021 the CDC was in Guinea, too, protecting people against covid:

We need a Marburg vaccine, stat! As a reminder, back in 2005, the WHO announced a Marburg vaccine that was “100% effective in primates that will lead to a human vaccine:”

Whoops, wrong again! Despite those twenty-year-old promises, there’s still no human vaccine for the killer disease. Fortunately though, on Valentine’s Day this year, the WHO announced it planned to test the newest “experimental vaccine” in Guinea:

Jab them more! But there are no reports on the new vaccine’s efficacy. It just kind of disappeared into the corporate news miasma.

Fortunately Marburg features up to 90% mortality. I say “fortunately” because at those rates the bug cannot spread very effectively. People are just too sick, and die too fast, for it to get around very fast.

Anyway, it’s weird that, over the last two months, Marburg has popped up in TWO African countries that have never seen the virus before, and after all that covid jabbing, too. Scientists are, once again, baffled.

🚀 In the latest news from the Proxy War, which is going GREAT, believe me, Yahoo Finance ran a story headlined, “Putin Is Strengthening the Yuan’s Role as Russia’s Foreign Currency of Choice.” The first sentence explained:

For his nation’s businesses in the global market, Russian president Vladimir Putin endorsed the yuan as the currency of choice on the second day of Chinese president Xi Jinping’s visit to Moscow.

According to the article, Xi and Putin signed “14 economic agreements” yesterday, ranging from scientific cooperation to joint production of TV programs. Then Putin heartily endorsed the Chinese Yuan as a replacement for the dollar as the world’s default exchange currency:

“We are in favor of using the Chinese yuan for settlements between Russia and the countries of Asia, Africa, and Latin America,” Putin said. “I am confident that these forms of settlement in yuan will develop between Russian partners and their counterparts in third countries.”

It’s not just Russia. Last week, the Wall Street Journal ran a story headlined, “Saudi Arabia Considers Accepting Yuan Instead of Dollars for Chinese Oil Sales.” The subheadline explained, “Talks between Riyadh and Beijing have accelerated as the Saudi unhappiness grows with Washington.”

The Saudis have traded oil exclusively in dollars since 1974, in a deal with the Nixon administration that included security guarantees for the Kingdom. But that halcyon period seems to have passed, for some reason. The WSJ pinned the blame for losing the Saudis’ commitment to the dollar squarely on Joseph Robinette Biden:

The Saudis are angry over the U.S.’s lack of support for their intervention in the Yemen civil war, and over the Biden administration’s attempt to strike a deal with Iran over its nuclear program. Saudi officials have said they were shocked by the precipitous U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan last year.

Saudi officials weren’t the only ones shocked by the precipitous U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan last year.

What else can Joe accomplish with two more years?

🔥 The Post Millennial ran a story yesterday headlined, “BREAKING: Georgia Legislature BANS Child Sex Changes.”

On March 17, 2023, SB 140 passed Georgia’s State House with an amendment allowing doctors to be sued civilly and criminally for violating the proposed law. On Tuesday, the bill and the amendment passed Georgia’s State Senate and is now headed to Governor Brian Kemp’s desk, where he is expected to sign.

SB 140’s passage in Georgia comes after Florida and Kentucky passed similar bills last week, and seven other states have passed similar measures to protect minors this year. The Human Rights Campaign has a running list of 340 bills across the country that they view as “anti-trans” legislation, and which I view as “good news.”

Meanwhile, Piers Morgan recently interviewed former liberal darling and atheist scientist Richard Dawkins, who called trans ideology “errant nonsense.” Indignant officials yanked Dawkins’ “humanitarian of the year” award recently for making similar scientific comments.

The Post Millennial @TPostMillennial

Richard Dawkins SLAMS trans activists for trying to force their ideology on the rest of society: “This tiny minority of people have managed to capture the discourse and to really talk errant nonsense … As a biologist there are two sexes, and that’s all there is to it.”

It’s fascinating watching to see whether science and reason, or trans looniness, will ultimately win the argument.
