Good morning, C&C, and Happy Wednesday! The World War III news is moving so fast that I had to cut and rewrite a large section because of events developing WHILE I was drafting. In today’s roundup: CDC advisory committee meets to discuss scheduling childhood covid vaccines, and I have thoughts; more gross sordid elite sex stuff comes to light; the war seems to be escalating fast — developing news down to the minute; new study on IFRs shows covid comparable to flu; new study shows negative vaxx efficacy for most Omicron variants; great moments in gaslighting update; middle-school teacher and drag queen is headed to hell, in his own words; SNL mocks the J6 committee; and Bill Maher tells his audience that pandemic injuries were self-inflicted.
🗞 *THE C&C ARMY POST* 🗞
🪖 There’ll be a private C&C Army meetup this Friday night, 5:30—6:30 for those of you attending the Second Annual Covid Summit this weekend. We’ll have our own room at the Wolfgang Puck Kitchen and Bar. I’ll have to jet up to a speaker’s event right afterwards, but we can hang out and have a beer or two. Wear your C&C swag, and I hope to see you there!

🗞*WORLD NEWS AND COMMENTARY* 🗞
💉 The CDC’s mostly-ineffective vaccine advisory committee will meet today starting at 8:30AM (EST) to decide whether to recommend making the experimental mRNA covid vaccine part of the childhood vaccine schedule. Then the CDC will ignore the committee and do whatever the government wanted to do anyway. If you’re a glutton for punishment, you can watch the all-day hearing here:
http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/acip/index.html
Actually, if you’ve time and interest, you’ll probably hear a lot of public comment that you agree with, including solid scientific information. So it might be worth a watch. Some of us have to work, though.
Public comments are still open and are due before the end of the day tomorrow. It might not do any good, but it can’t hurt to throw your $0.02 in. Hey, THEY asked. There were only 422 approved comments as of this morning, which blew my mind. Surely we can do better than that. Here’s the link where you can submit your comment, but read the rest of this section first.
https://www.regulations.gov/document/CDC-2022-0111-0001
The comment guidelines say duplicated or mass-submitted comments will be deleted, so you’ll have to draft your own. If you go for it, you should review their “checklist for comments” to get an idea of what they’re willing to approve. Feel free to mine old C&C posts for whatever might be helpful or useful.
To give you an example, here’s the comment I submitted. (Don’t copy and paste it — they’ll just remove the duplicates.) While I have no idea whether they’ll approve it, my comment meets the ‘checklist.’
“The precautionary principle argues that, in cases where harm may occur, the proponent of a treatment has the burden of proving harmlessness.
Easily available evidence suggests that pediatric covid vaccination MAY BE linked to increased cases of pediatric myocarditis. And, based on its own research, the State of Florida has recommended against pediatric vaccination absent compelling need.
Those promoting the covid vaccines for children MUST prove the ABSENCE of causation before the drugs can be approved for the childhood vaccine schedules.
Although the precautionary principle may be overly-limiting in some cases, when dealing with our own children, who are the future and security of the human race itself, the principle must be paramount. Reject scheduling the vaccines until and unless proponents can prove safety and efficacy beyond a reasonable doubt. Thank you.”
Have at it! Remember: your comment is a permanent record that you objected to this madness when you had the chance.
If (when) the CDC approves the drugs for the childhood vaccine schedule, Pfizer and Moderna will immediately enjoy permanent liability protection. Their current liability protection under the PREP and CARES Acts ends when emergency use authorization expires. Thus, childhood vaccination scheduling is IMPERATIVE for the drugmakers, and thus, also imperative for their captured government regulators.
Regardless of whether the CDC approves scheduling the mRNA shots, remember — we’re in a war, not a battle. If the covid shots are scheduled, we’ll shift the battle lines to de-scheduling them.
We will never, ever quit.
🔥 In yet more sordid news exposing deplorable elite behavior, the Post Millennial ran a story yesterday headlined, “Harvey Weinstein’s Legal Team to Argue His Relationship With Gavin Newsom’s Wife ‘Consensual’ After New Evidence.”
I bet you didn’t even know about the link between Gavin Newsom and Harvey Weinstein. The link is Gavin’s wife, Jennifer.
The article reports that Weinstein’s lawyers have produced a “smoking gun” email where Jennifer Newsom emailed Harvey a few years ago asking for advice about how to manage breaking news of Gavin’s 2005 affair with a married staffer, Ruby Rippey-Tourk.
At the time, Newsom’s affair partner, blonde democrat feminist Rippey-Tourk, 33, blamed the extensive dalliance — and the consequent destruction of her marriage — on firewater and a pesky self-destructive impulse.
Former actress Jennifer Newsom, who married Gavin in 2008, has accused Weinstein of raping her in 2005, “at a purported business meeting that turned out to be a trap.” Back when news broke about Gavin’s affair with Ruby in 2007, Jennifer emailed Weinstein asking him for advice on how to handle the scandal. Two years after the alleged rape.
Weinstein’s lawyers plan to argue that Jennifer’s 2007 email for sex-scandal advice contradicts her claim of rape in 2005. Weinstein attorney Mark Werksman explained, “Of all things you’d think a woman that is raped by Harvey Weinstein wouldn’t do, it’s ask him how to deal with a sex scandal.” He argued “The fact that she comes to Mr. Weinstein for that advice indicates the friendship and companionship of [Jennifer] and Mr. Weinstein. The defense will be that they had an affair, that they had consensual sex.”
I can see the flaws in counsel’s argument, and I take no pleasure in the sordid details of all these people’s interpersonal failures. As the Bible says, let those without sin chuck the rocks and stuff. But these are the very same people who wielded absolute power over California’s citizens during the pandemic.
Their tragic personal lives suggest they should be minding their OWN business. Not ours.
🚀 In World War III news, Russian media reported yesterday that the country’s security counsel would meet this morning and might declare martial law and/or close the country’s borders, signaling a significant escalation in the war. Some suggested that Russia would formally declare war with Ukraine — upgrading the conflict from a ‘special military operation,’ which has precluded direct use of the most significant Russian military assets.
As I was writing this post, Putin began speaking, and announced martial law in the four newly-annexed territories in Ukraine. Presumably this will give him more legal options in handling the special military operation, but I don’t know yet. The security council meeting continues.
Also this morning, Sky News ran a breaking story headlined, “Ukraine war: Mysterious Defence Secretary Trip to Washington Amid Fears of Russian Escalation.” Describing the trip as “secretive” and “hastily-arranged,” Sky reported that a UK defense minister, James Heappey, told Sky that Britain’s Defense Secretary Ben Wallace’s last-minute scramble to America was to discuss topics which are “beyond belief.”
At this point, I can’t imagine what topics are “beyond belief” but it can’t be good.
Ominously, Heappey added, “really the fact [is] we are [now at] a time when these sort of conversations are necessary… There are conversations which frankly you don’t want to have over the telephone.”
Officially, the British Ministry of Defense would only admit, “The defence secretary is in Washington DC to discuss shared security concerns, including Ukraine. He will be visiting his counterpart at the Pentagon and senior figures at the White House.” In order to fly to the U.S. for the meeting, at the last minute Wallace canceled a scheduled appearance before a committee of MPs in London to discuss the UK, US and NATO.
Unconfirmed but uncontradicted reports say Russian heavy bombers have been landing in Belarus. Meanwhile, other reports suggest the U.S. has deployed nuclear-capable B-52s which are now flying the Belarussian border.

Maybe Joe should offer Putin an ice-cream cone or something. You have to start somewhere. Anyway, things are happening fast. I’ll keep you posted.
🔬 A new pre-print study published on medRxIV last week titled, “Age-stratified infection fatality rate of COVID-19 in the non-elderly informed from pre-vaccination national seroprevalence studies.” In the study, researchers calculated the current worldwide ‘infection fatality rate’ for covid. You remember the IFR — it’s the ratio of number of deaths to number of confirmed infections.
Back in the day, you could get canceled for comparing covid’s IFR to the flu’s IFR.
The researchers found, for unvaccinated and for previously uninfected, the median covid infection fatality rates were:
- 0.0003% at 0-19 yrs
- 0.003% at 20-29 yrs
- 0.011% at 30-39 yrs
- 0.035% at 40-49 yrs
- 0.129% at 50-59 yrs
- 0.501% at 60-69 yrs
I probably don’t need to say this, but for all cohorts under 50, these IFR’s are far below the flu. For 50-59, the covid IFR is comparable to flu. And, flu IFR’s are also higher for older people, I just don’t have those figures handy this morning.
So.
💉 Another new study was published this month in medRxIV titled, “Effectiveness of mRNA-1273 against infection and COVID-19 hospitalization with SARS-coV-2 Omicron sub variants: BA.1, BA.2, BA.2.12.1, BA.4, and BA.5.”
The researchers looked at the effectiveness of three doses of mRNA jabs to prevent infection and hospitalization from each of the five primary Omicron variants. Although the study authors scrupulously avoid discussing this awkward fact, their table shows that, for all variants except BA.1, the vaccine efficacy (VE) ends up NEGATIVE. Meaning, a thrice-vaccinated person is MORE LIKELY to get a subsequent Omicron infection than unvaccinated people:
You know what you DON’T want in a vaccine? Negative efficacy. It sort of defeats the purpose. And remember, this study included hospitalization, so it addresses the argument that the drugs reduce severity. In other words, if you have to stay at the hospital, I think we can all agree you have a ‘bad’ case.
What’s most ironic about this data is that a lot of people who refused to take the jabs got fired. But it turns out they actually protected their coworkers better than the vaccinated employees did.
Funny old world, isn’t it?
🔥 In more Great Moments in Gaslighting, lizard-lipped, revolting puppy-torturer Tony Fauci told an interviewer this week that he had NOTHING to do with closing schools, so don’t blame HIM.
“Was it a mistake…to see schools closed as long as they were?” FAUCI: “I had nothing to do with it!”

🔥 LibsOfTikTok tweeted this week about portly Alabama middle-school teacher James Miller, who moonlights as unattractive cross-dresser “Ms. Majesty Devine.”
While clowning around as Majesty Devine, James likes to read “trans-positive” books to young children at so-called ‘Drag Queen Story Hours.’ In the clip obtained by LoTT, a wigged James can be seen reading a book to very young children, excitedly pronouncing, “the hips of the drag queen go swish, swish, swish, all through the town.”
SCOOP: Drag queen who’s also a middle school teacher in @HSVk12 was caught on video making inappropriate sexual comments in front of children during drag events which he headlined. Read (or listen!) to the full story here: libsoftiktok.com/p/watch-drag-q… https://t.co/jQOWkikCHi
At another “family friendly” event to benefit a dog shelter, also attended by kids, James joked around saying “everybody likes a big bone,” and “all men have meat on their mind.”
Gross.
LoTT sought comment from Mountain Gap Middle School, where James works. The school had no comment.
James also produces a show at a local bar, ironically named “Drag Us to Hell.”
Well, he’s asking for it.
🔥 Shocking and delighting its audiences, last weekend Saturday Night Live actually mocked the January 6th Committee.

🔥 Bill Maher, who tweeted this clip himself, argued that the pandemic’s collateral damage — like lost learning years — was self-inflicted. At one point he even argued, “the PANDEMIC didn’t do this, the way we HANDLED IT did this. It wasn’t written in stone.” One of his guests even discussed the Great Barrington Declaration — and the audience actually listened.
We’re now learning just how bad the “collateral damage” is post-pandemic.
